Summer Elderflower Cordial
OLD-FASHIONED LEMONADE CORDIAL
Our lemonade cordial has been inspired from a recipe in our vintage preserving book collection. We are fortunate to have many local gardeners with abundant Lemon Trees so we can be assured of fresh fruit for our cordial when needed.
Contains: Lemons, Water, Sugar, Citric Acid
SERVING SUGGESTION: Refreshing served over ice with mineral water or sparkling water added to sip on during summer.
APPLE & WILD BLACKBERRY JAM
Our Apple and Wild Blackberry jam is family favourite. The original recipe was discovered in a vintage preserving book in our vast preserving collection. We forage during the summer months visiting hidden patches throughout the local countryside for the juicy, ripe, wild blackberries.

SERVING SUGGESTION: It is delicious as a traditional jam for scones, Devonshire Tea with friends or sandwiched between your favourite sponge cake.
I have been making Quince Jelly for well over 20 years now and look forward every year to quince season. Made with locally grown fruit from our network of dedicated gardeners. Using traditional methods, the fruit is cooked, strained through muslin and cooked until the magic begins to happen and the perfect set is achieved.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious soft texture, enjoy on scones or with soft cheeses on a summer platter with wine.
