MIRABELLE PLUM & PINEAPPLE JAM
This recipe was recreated from an original memory of one of our very special customers. After lengthy research we were able to create the flavour of a grandmothers jam from long ago. Using locally grown Mirabelle Plums from extremely old heritage trees and sourcing fresh Australian Pineapples this jam is a tropical delight!
Contains: Plums, Pineapple, Lemon and Cane Sugar.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious on warm buttered toast, on scones and the perfect filling for a homemade sponge cake.
CHAI-SPICED BANANA JAM
This delicious jam was created one year after purchasing a box of Bananas from our local fruit shop. Slow-cooked so the fruit and sugar begin to almost caramelise in the pan, we then add our own secret chai-spice.
Contains: Bananas, Lemon, Chai-Spice and Cane Sugar.
SERVING SUGGESTION: We've enjoyed it in a toastie with peanut butter, as a dessert jam with ice-cream and on breakfast pancakes or yogurt. You could even spread into the middle of a sponge cake!
