This is our most-loved jam and a great one to start the kids enjoying a homemade product as the can taste the subtle flavour of the Summer berries and light sweetness of the apples with less pips.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with scones and whipped cream. It can be used as a filling for sponge cakes, slices and biscuits.
TRADITIONAL APRICOT JAM
Our apricot jam is a sweet and fruity 'soft set' style that is packed with the flavour of Australian apricots and local homegrown lemons.
A very traditional jam and a strong family favourite in many households.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Spread over warm buttered sour dough toast or fresh homemade scones, topped with whipped cream. Also a pantry staple for savoury chicken dishes.
TRADITIONAL GREENGAGE PLUM JAM
We have been picking the plums for this jam from the same wild-growing European tree for over 20 years. Greengages are known for their tartness and the jam is not as sweet as that made from commercially-grown fruit.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Spread over warm, buttered sourdough toast, or as you would use any other plum jam. Ideal pantry staple for adding a spoonful to winter casseroles.
TRADITIONAL SEVILLE MARMALADE
Seville oranges are the original marmalade orange and have a very long and famous history in the preserving world.
A true marmalade with thin pieces of soft rind and tart-flavoured jelly throughout the jar.

CHUNKY-STYLE BREAKFAST MARMALADE
I have been cooking my Breakfast Marmalade for over 20 years. Originally crafted for my Scottish grandfather who loved a 'chunky style' marmalade with real pieces of fruit. A true 'small batch' recipe to acquire the exact consistency that is needed with any Marmalade to distribute the fruit through the jelly, we only use Australian-grown Navel Oranges.

TRADITIONAL CRAB APPLE JELLY
Our Crab Apple jelly is made from the Ballerina variety of trees thanks to our network of dedicated gardeners. We use only traditional methods, they're cooked, strained through muslin, cooked again until the magic begins and the perfect set is achieved.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious soft texture, enjoy on scones or with soft cheeses to complete a summer cheese platter.

Our Quince Paste is made with locally grown fruit from our local network of dedicated gardeners, most trees are heritage varieties.
Slowly cooked to bring out the natural colour, sweetness and delicate perfume that this olde-worlde fruit it is well known for.
