Winter Preserving Adventures
Winter brings cold weather, rain, frosty mornings and with a little luck, snow!
There is no foraging during Winter with the exception of firewood and pine cones for the fire.
Preserving the last of the autumn harvests in the kitchen, staying close by the stove to keep warm.
Winter soups and homemade sourdough are a family favourite at this time of the year.
