SWEET MUSTARD PICKLES
My Sweet Mustard Pickles recipe has been a family favourite for over 20 years. By having our own Summer tomato patch, we can grow the best varieties suited to our climate. We harvest the green tomatoes, prepare and cook the pickles in the space of 24 hours, capturing the wonderful flavours! Such a versatile condiment, delicious accompaniment on a grazing platter, enjoy in a toastie with melted cheese! Paired with cooked Lamb or sliced Ham and my favourite on top of creamy mash potatoes! |
SPICY TOMATO KASUNDI
This recipe is a very recent addition to our always-growing list or varieties and due to its popularity has quickly become one of our favourites. With an abundant Spice Collection, it was a challenge to gather the correct flavours, but much more importantly to add just the right amount of each! Our Kasundi is very spicy, not hot like a chilli, but a unique flavour explosion that compliments the tomatoes and slow, long cooking time. A Pantry staple to add flavour to your favourite dishes! |
