Aussie-grown citrus makes the best Marmalade!
My adventures with making marmalade began with my Scottish grandfather. Every morning, he would have his slice of toast, with 'real' butter and a good chunky marmalade.
When the supermarket brands began having less fruit in them, I was determined to create a traditional 'Breakfast-style' for him to enjoy. That was nearly 20 years ago and I am still using the same recipe!
